Artventures was set up and is led by Alison Vaas who brings 20 years experience of craft and design and has professional training including:

• Lantern Building with Pa-Boom
• Carnival Arts with Initiative Arts
• Creative Practitioner training, Creative Partnerships
• Mentor training, Manchester Youth Arts
• Artists in the community, Creative Industries Trafford

Freelance artists are subcontracted where appropriate, in order to offer a range of specialist art forms and skills. For the protection & safety of participants, all artists have Enhanced CRB disclosure & £5m Public Liability insurance.
